SUNNY BOY 3600 / 5000 SMART ENERGY

It comes with everything. The new Sunny Boy Smart Energy the easiest solution for typical residential PV applications. This combination of a modern PV inverter and a battery with an effective capacity of 2 kWh not only optimizes energy consump-tion but also makes it possible to use home-generated solar energy around the clock. The Sunny Boy Smart Energy is the first wall-mountable, series-produced PV inverter to feature an integrated lithium-ion battery, making it perfect for use in the SMA Smart Home. Additionally, the integrated Webconnect function provides worldwide access to consumption and yield data via Sunny Portal.

Series Grid PV Inverter (M6A / M8A / M10A)

The RPI M6A / M8A / M10A solar inverters feature 6, 8 and 10 kVA power outputs respectively. These new three-phase transformerless solar inverters are designed for residential or small commercial PV applications where maximum versatility and profitability are important. The 6 kVA to 10 kVA solar inverters can be used to make PV plants in a variety of sizes, from single inverters in a residential application to multiple inverters in a commercial scale application. Thanks to the high maximum efficiency up to 98.3 %, optimum yield from the PV plant is ensured from the devices. For the system planner, maximum flexibility is ensured thanks to a wide input voltage range of 200 – 1000 V and 2 MPP trackers.

The most common residential inverter is the ideal size for an average-sized family home. This single-phase string inverter complements the typical number of rooftop solar panels, allowing home-owners to get the most efficient energy harvesting for the size of the property.

This rugged outdoor inverter has been designed as a completely sealed unit to withstand the harshest environmental conditions. One of the key benefits of this inverter is the dual input section to process two strings with independent MPPT especially useful for rooftop installations with two different orientations (e.g. east and west). The high speed MPPT offers real-time power tracking and improved energy harvesting. The transformerless operation gives the highest efficiency of up to 96.8%. PVI-3.8/4.6 (Isolated)

This isolated inverter is optimized for use in residential applications requiring PV array grounding, such as some thin-film models. This inverter has also been designed to serve all countries and regions with specific field-configurable set-ups available for all major country grid codes and display languages.

The 3.8/4.6 kW inverters have all the usual benefits including dual input section to process two strings with independent MPPT, high speed and precise MPPT algorithm for real-time power tracking and energy harvesting, as well as regular high performance efficiencies of up to 96.4%. The wide input voltage range makes the inverter suitable to low power installations with reduced string size. Its high frequency isolated topology allows this unit to be lightweight and compact in size to help with transportation and installation. This rugged outdoor inverter has been designed as a completely sealed unit to withstand the harshest environmental conditions.

PVI-5000/6000-TL-OUTD (EMEA & APAC) 

Designed for residential and small commercial PV installations, this inverter fills a specific niche in the product line to cater for those installations producing between 5 kW and 25 kW.

This inverter has all the usual benefits, including dual input section to process two strings with independent MPPT, high speed and precise MPPT algorithm for real-time power tracking and energy harvesting, as well as transformerless operation for high performance efficiencies of up to 97%. UNO-2.0-I/2.5-I 

The UNO-2.0-I and UNO-2.5-I are the latest single-phase string inverters in the line. A new-look inverter but packed with ABB’s proven high performing technology. The new look inverter has new features including a special built-in heat sink compartment and front panel display system.

The smallest of ABB outdoor power inverters is the right size for the average rooftop installation. This rugged outdoor inverter has been designed as a completely sealed unit to withstand the harshest environmental conditions.

The high speed MPPT offers real-time power tracking and improved energy harvesting. Despite the isolated operation, the UNO-2.0-I and UNO-2.5-I features an efficiency of 96.3%. The wide input voltage range makes the inverter suitable to low power installations with reduced string size.
